dayLime Terms of Service

① These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or communicated to Users by a method designated by the Company.

② The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that the amendments do not violate applicable laws. When making amendments, the Company will specify the effective date and reasons for the amendments and post notice within the Service starting 7 days before the effective date. If the amendments are unfavorable to Users, notice will be posted starting 30 days before the effective date.

① The Service provides the following features.

② The Service is generally provided free of charge, and some features (such as additional slots) may be provided for a fee.

① The Company may change all or part of the Service it provides as required by the content of the Service or operational or technical needs.

② The Company may discontinue the Service for substantial reasons, such as changes in business policy or significant difficulty in providing the Service, and will give prior notice within the Service in such cases. However, if the reasons are beyond the Company's control, notice may be given afterward.

① Payment for Paid Content is made through the app store used by the User (Apple App Store or Google Play), and the registration and management of payment methods are subject to the policies of the respective app store.

② Paid Content is provided as a one-time purchase rather than a subscription, and the relevant feature is activated immediately upon purchase.

③ Refunds are subject to the refund policies and procedures of the respective app store. Users seeking a refund must use Apple's or Google's refund request procedure, and the Company cannot directly refund payments made through an app store.

① Copyright and intellectual property rights in the Service belong to the Company.

② Rights in photos and records captured or created by Users through the Service belong to the Users. The Company does not access or use such content until the User explicitly makes it public through the sharing feature.

① The Company is exempt from liability for providing the Service when it is unable to provide the Service due to natural disasters or force majeure.

② The Company is not liable for disruptions in the use of the Service caused by reasons attributable to the User.

③ User content, such as photos, is in principle stored on the User's device, and the Company has no separate obligation to back up data against loss caused by device loss, device reset, app deletion, reinstallation, or similar events. Users are responsible for backing up important records themselves.

① Share links created by Users are public for the period the User selects (one day, one week, 30 days, or no expiry), after which access is automatically restricted. Users can end public access at any time with "Delete link".

② Users are responsible for the spread of information that occurs after they send or disclose a share link to a third party, and the Company is not liable for such spread.

① These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

② Disputes arising between the Company and a User in connection with the use of the Service may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
